Yeti Airlines Established in May 1998, Yeti Airlines Domestic Pvt. Ltd. is registered as a Private Limited Company. Yeti Airlines Domestic Pvt. Ltd. holds an “Air Operator Certificate” numbered 023/98 issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) on 17th August, 1998 to operate commercial domestic flights to various destinations of Nepal.

Yeti Airlines is Nepal’s market leader in the domestic airline industry and has more than 60% of the total market share (as of January 2007). It has the widest domestic flight network and flies to almost all destinations in Nepal. The airline has served the isolated population of Nepal living in far-flung mountain areas by providing the only means of transportation and connection to the outside world. Yeti Airlines has also received permission for international operation in 2007.
